Summary: Contributes to the smooth, efficient operation of the restaurant and keeps the area back of the house as orderly as possible by performing the following duties.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Administer all food orders and ensure adequacy of all supplies and ingredients for everyday cooking and maintain all sanitary requirements for same. *
2. Prepare all food orders according to required standards and procedures according to required food production standards and prepare daily production schedule and cut all poultry according. *
3. Manage all poultry prior to cooking and ensure compliance to all quality standards and ensue storage of all food items appropriately. *
4. Always perform all food preparation efficiently and maintain minimum wastage. *
5. Maintain neat and clean work station area. *
6. Filter and clean gas fryers in a safe and proper manner. *
7. Ensure all work adhere to recipes and menu of restaurant. *

Education/Experience:
High School Diploma or Equivalent. Minimum 2 years restaurant cook experience.
