Tacombi is opening a new location in Bethesda, MD and looking for Dishwashers to join our team!

The most important position in our taquerías. Without clean plates, pots and pans, we could not serve our customers our authentic tacos and provide them with the best Mexican hospitality.

• As a dishwasher you must assure that dish area, kitchen floor, storage are spotlessly clean at all times.
• Must Maintain a clean and organized station, follow Tacombi standard operating procedures and follow NYC Department of Health standards. Including, but not limited to: checking for proper temperatures, using daily temperature logs and submitting logs at the end of shift to chef on duty.
• Throughout your shift you will be changing garbage, mopping and sweeping and changing sani buckets every 2hrs.
• At the end of your shift you must properly cleaned and wrap each item in your station. check out with supervisor on duty.
