We're looking for someone to join our team as a Adolescent Family Services (AFS) Office Assistant who:
The Office Assistant/Receptionist is a member of the program services team. The Office Assistant/Receptionist’s prime focus is answering the phones and greeting clients when they come into the office. The Office Assistant/Receptionist will assist other clerical staff with data entry, making copies, assisting the Asst. Director and/or Director in the All Staff agenda, and other duties as assigned.
Essential Functions:
- Answers incoming phone calls.
- Keeps track of employees sign-in and sign-out lists.
- Enrolls new clients in the Program assigned.
- Completes data entry in the computer program client enrolls in.
- Provides quality customer service to clients and team members with an attitude of helpfulness, dignity and respect.
You'll be successful with the following qualifications:
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Graduation from high school or completion of General Equivalency Degree.
- Basic computer skills.
- Precise and conscientious about details.
