Overview
The Associate Analyst Process Improvement will assist with identification, development, implementation, and maintenance of process improvements within the Commercial Operations department.
Responsibilities
Provide technical knowledge of Filemaker
Investigate and triage Commercial Operations ServiceNow incidents
Monitor and troubleshoot order processing errors
Assist with maintenance and development of process and system maps
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for Commercial Operations processes
Ownership of administrative processes including payer database maintenance and form changes
Identify and recommend changes/improvements to fix payer information gaps
Assist with ensuring department process improvement initiatives integrate with existing processes, programming, and priorities
Assist with end-to-end process improvement activities including:
Cross-functional collaboration
Solutions architecture
Scope and project plan development
Resource coordination
Process mapping
Business and programming requirements documentation
Solutions testing and troubleshooting
Cross-functional process training
Power BI reporting
Project completion analysis
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education & Experience
Required:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
2 years of healthcare reimbursement or medical device experience
Preferred:
Previous experience assisting with process improvement initiatives
Training experience
Previous Filemaker experience
Project management experience
Knowledge & Skills
Proficiency in applications including Visio, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook
Understanding of health insurance methodologies
Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks
Strong relationship building and communication skills
Exceptional documentation skills with the ability to be clear and concise
High attention to detail and accuracy
Exceptional analytical, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving skills
Ability to take initiative and drive projects with minimal supervision
Experience creating reports and giving presentations
Thrive in a fast-paced, continuously changing environment
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
Ability to proactively identify issues and collaborate on solutions
