Job Title: Assistant Site Manager - Eagle Mountain, UT
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and train both new and existing employees in accordance with company standards.
- Assist in scheduling employee shifts and coordinating staffing requirements.
- Support the Site Manager in daily operations and decision-making.
- Actively participate in the recruitment, onboarding, discipline, dismissal, and performance management processes.
- Develop and maintain positive customer relationships, addressing concerns promptly and effectively.
- Cultivate community relationships through active participation in events, including parades and fundraisers.
- Identify and resolve wash issues to ensure optimal operational performance.
- Conduct basic equipment maintenance and monitor machinery to ensure proper functionality.
- Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a positive and rewarding workplace culture.
- Perform administrative duties including paperwork, inventory management, and documentation.
- Emphasize and practice safety and security measures, conducting periodic reviews.
- Maintain excellent site appearance through regular checks and adherence to cleaning protocols.
