Position Overview: Tagrem Corp is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Order Processing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the order processing workflow, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders using our inventory management system.
Verification: Confirm order details and collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
Customer Communication: Provide customers with timely updates on order status, shipping details, and address any discrepancies.
Record Management: Maintain comprehensive records of orders, shipments, and inventory levels.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales and customer service teams to address and resolve any issues related to orders.
Inventory Tracking: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment as needed.
Compliance: Follow company policies and procedures related to order processing.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma required; an associate’s degree is preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in order processing, inventory management, or a related field is essential.
Skills Required:
Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
