Essential Functions:

- Pull ingredients following FIFO SOP ad record lot numbers for each product
- Run processing equipment as scheduled (per equipment SOP). Including but not limited to Hallmark mixers, dough kneader, Hobart mixers and attachments.
- Read and follow instructions as written
- Fill and push totes to depositing area
- Disassemble equipment for cleaning after run
- Keep area clean both during and after run
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies at all times
- Understands and adheres to policies of handling allergens to prevent cross-contamination
- Performs other duties as assigned by leadership
