We are adding an energetic, knowledgeable catering associate to our team!
Essential Functions:
- Responsible for reading and understanding all event work orders to make an appropriate plan in order to execute the event and its timeline.
- Preparing and storing food safely before and during events
- Ordering and neccessary supplies for events
- Setting up of all tables and food service areas
- Maintains excellent guest service and engagement with guests
- Alerts a manager to any potential problems: consistently monitoring standards and makes recommendations for improvements
- Ensures all post-event breakdowns and sidework are done correctly
- Performs other job-related duties and special projects as required

- Minimum of 1 years food service experience; catering perferred
- Some knowledge of food and catering trends
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, customer service and organizational skills
- Ability to problem solve, analyze, and make effective decisions
- Self-motivated, detail oriented, and possess the ability to multi-task
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft office products
- ServSafe Certification preferred
- Able to pass a criminal background check
