A loving dual-physician household in Bayside, WI is seeking an experienced nanny for their 16-month-old.
As a family they love to be active and spend time outdoors. They also have a love for baking, traveling, and spending time with their mini Bernedoodle.
The toddler has a bubbly, curious, and sweet personality. She loves to explore, go for hikes, read, and has a major love for her stuffed animals (current favorite: sloth!).
The family is seeking a nanny that is loving, patient, kind, and will treat their daughter as they would.
They hope to find a nanny that will foster their daughter’s curiosity and creativity, offering support while allowing her to make mistakes and learn from them. The toddler thrives in an environment where she is guided with kindness and warmth. The family values the Montessori philosophy and hope to enroll her in a Montessori program eventually. They seek a nanny who can foster those principles, encouraging independence and a love for learning.
The nanny will also be responsible for child-related tasks such as laundry, keeping the nursery organized tidy, meal-prep, keeping play areas tidy, and upkeep of the kitchen when used for the toddler’s meals.
The family has a fenced in backyard and would appreciate the nanny letting the dog out throughout the day and feeding dinner when necessary.
Interviewing now with the position to start mid-end of July (flexibility to start sooner or later for the right candidate.
Schedule: Nanny’s schedule to follow the parent’s hospital schedule. Nanny to receive their schedule one month in advance. Average of 40 hours per week; core hours between 7am-7pm with one week on and one week off.
Compensation: $21-23 /hour plus overtime
Benefits: 160 hours guaranteed per month, One week PTO of nanny’s choice, Extra PTO when family takes vacation, 3 paid sick days, mileage reimbursement, paid federal holidays, option for a health insurance stipend, yearly raise and bonus
