Want to be part of this? We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sr MDM Engineer to join our Marketing Technology team. This individual will be responsible for development, implementation and operational support of Master Data Management platform and its services, Marketing Systems, and CDP.
What You’ll Do
- Develop enterprise scale solutions that involve complex, multi-system integration, possibly across business units or domains.
- Actively participate as a leader in the analysis, design, development, configuration, documentation, testing, performance studies, and implementation of mission critical processes and integrations
- Responsible for creating Python applications.
- Responsible for creating and managing Micro Services using GCP architecture.
- Write complex Sql queries.
- Responsible for creating ETL pipelines.
- Manage and enhance IBM MDM application.
- Responsible for enhancing inbuit C360 application using ETL pipeline and python
- Responsible for managing future CDP platform.
- Perform troubleshooting and problem resolution of complex application and interface issues, collaborate with business and technical teams for projects and operational support
- Establish technical specifications based on current business processes; align design and implementation trade-offs and project goals
- Design and build efficient and reliable data pipelines to move data across different data systems and enterprise Data Warehouse (Snowflake) Oracle, As400, SQL Server, Salesforce, and external partner systems through API’s, aws s3 and/or gcp buckets
- Be an expert in cloud data warehouse, cloud ETL tools and capabilities to engineer solutions and automate large scale data flows from varying systems/sources
- Closely work with data scientists, other internal data groups and business partners to build data solutions which will support a variety of predictive and reporting applications
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 8 years’ experience engineering and delivering complex enterprise scale solutions across numerous subject areas (Retail industry experience preferred)
- Knowledge of software engineering best practices across the development lifecycle, including agile methodologies, coding standards, code reviews, source management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Experience with MDM software platforms, preferably IBM Infosphere MDM development experience, using the MDM Workbench
- Experience implementing MDM data quality, de-duplication, and data cleaning services
- Knowledge of the J2EE platform and object-oriented development methodology
- 3-5 years Java programming experience
- Working knowledge of Oracle, SQL server, DB2, and other major databases
- Strong experience with AWS cloud infrastructure, database languages (SQL) and scripting languages and using them in automation (primarily Python and bash, others are a big plus)
- Experience with a data warehousing development environment and exposure to data modeling and building ETL-ELT pipelines (on cloud or on premise) and experience working/integrating with API’s, SAS ETL tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in team settings on complex production issues
- Extensive knowledge of production deployment CI/CD orchestration and automation (Ansible, Kubernetes, Jenkins) and Git-Hub
- Experience in SQL and writing sophisticated queries (Oracle, Snowflake etc.)
- Experience with automation and scheduling tools like UC4, Airflow is a plus
- Experience with Customer Data Platforms is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with individuals at various levels, both internal and external

$104,300 – $173,800. This salary range is specific to Colorado and New York and may differ in other locations. We take into consideration an individual’s skills, background, and experience in determining final salary. Other compensation may include a 10% Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) bonus paid out according to policy. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
