Position: Customer Service Representative
(weekly pay!)
(Hybrid Schedule- 3 Days Onsite/week)
Days: 5 days/week, Monday - Saturday
Hours: 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM (8-hour shift)

Job Description:
- Financial Services Professionals handle incoming phone calls regarding various service inquiries on accounts.
- Calls will need to respond with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency, while consistently meeting key department performance metrics.
- Assist customers with cash management products and services
- Provide online and mobile app support
- Answer general account or financial related inquires
Requirements:
- College Degree or equivalent experience
- 2 years of previous contact center experience
- Previous financial experience not required but preferred
- Aptitude to multi-task and adjust quickly to change in a busy financial service center
