Job Description
Servicing Commercial Card clients for phone and email requests with inquiries into their commercial card program using technological advance platforms.
Responsibilities
- Associate will be responsible for troubleshooting multiple applications.
- Must have strong working knowledge of Excel, data analytics, and problem solving.
- Ability to adapt to ever changing environment while being able to assess high risk functions.
- Must be able to prioritize, plan and execute task
Skills
- Strong in Excel Skills 1-2 Years of Experience
- High Problem Solving/Critical Thinking Skills
- Experience in Data Collection
