Position: Financial Services Representative
Pay: $19.17/hour (weekly pay!)
Location: Columbus, OH
Days: 5 days/week, Monday - Saturday
Hours: 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM (8-hour shift)

Job Description:

• Financial Services Professionals handle incoming phone calls regarding various service inquiries on accounts.
• Calls will need to respond with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency, while consistently meeting key department performance metrics.
• Assist customers with cash management products and services
• Provide online and mobile app support
• Answer general account or financial related inquires

Requirements:

• College Degree or equivalent experience
• 2 years of previous contact center experience
• Previous financial experience not required but preferred
• Aptitude to multi-task and adjust quickly to change in a busy financial service center

Please note: This position is NOT a permanently remote position. At any time during the contract with the client, the candidate MUST be flexible with the ability to work in the office or from the home environment. In addition, the candidate MUST be flexible in terms of working days and hours, this would even include weekends. Should the candidate be asked by the client to work from home at any time, they are REQUIRED to possess a quiet workspace without distractions, a cell or landline phone, reliable internet with an ethernet cable and their own personal computer (a laptop or desktop would suffice).

This role requires that all successful applicants be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of the engagement and provide proof of such vaccinations within 3 days of commencement of services.
