Description:
Leads people who perform project management duties involving cross-functional teams focused on delivery of internal products or administrative systems.
Oversees plans and directs schedules as well as project budgets.
Monitors programs/projects from initiation through delivery and interfacing with internal customers or department personnel.
Organizes project activities and interdepartmental meetings; ensures communication facilitates completion of the program/project on schedule and within budget constraints.
This is an individual contributor role that requires the use of judgement in applying professional expertise and is expected to work independently with minimal supervision.
This position requires professional mastery of a specialized field of expertise that typically requires a college degree or equivalent.
The job requires professional knowledge gained through substantial applicable work experience, to supplement formal knowledge, in order to apply principles and concepts of own subject/technical discipline in resolving issues as they arrive.
The job requires attention to detail in making evaluative judgements based on the analysis of factual information.

Titan Last Mile (TLM):
Support TLM workstreams (marketing, regulatory, operations, commercial, service, new product development, and finance) in their planning, execution, coordination, and communication of deliverables. Serve as liaison across TLM workstreams to ensure interdependencies are effectively identified, mapped, and executed. identify, assess, and develop risk responses for documented risks to the program and/or work streams.
EC Treatment/Transport Globalization:
Serve as PM for medium to large cross-functional globalization efforts in EC Treatment/Transport. Facilitate the planning, execution, and coordination of cross-functional work streams. Coordinate monthly reviews of globalization performance/status across EC Treatment/Transport sites to key business stakeholders and global partners
R5 Accelerate:
Mapping of change impacts and requirements to control documents throughout the testing and cutover phases of the project. Establish metrics and measurement solutions to ensure identified business requirements are met and/or properly dispositioned throughout the test and cutover phases of the project. Assist in the coordination, execution, and completion of business process updates identified by the R5 business team
QAD Date Management:
Serve as PM for the requirements gathering, development, testing, and implementation of solutions and processes related to sales order required date and promise date information accuracy between QAD (Mfg. ERP) and JDE (Commercial ERP). Facilitate the identification and assessment of ERP data quality and process issues related to sales order required date and promise date information. Ensure that accurate sales order data and improved process solutions are in place to support R5 Data Design and Data Conversions activities
