Job Description
About the role:
Join Takeda as a Support Technician- Night Shift where you will support the manufacturing department by using equipment such as washers, autoclaves, and material handling tools to prepare equipment and materials for the manufacturing process. You will perform, according to SOP's, cGMP activities to support manufacturing operations. You will operate equipment, run execution of validation protocols, and complete cGMP documents. As part of the manufacturing department, you will report to the Manufacturing Supervisor.
How you will contribute:
You will perform Manufacturing Support activities such as equipment preparation and weigh and dispense of materials.
You will document/Record cGMP data for equipment activities while following standard operating procedures (SOP's). Main documentation includes validation protocols and equipment logbooks.
You will perform dispensing, labeling, and transferring/staging of raw materials and parts.
You will assemble/disassemble, clean, and sterilize components, parts, and equipment.
You will maintain equipment, area, and cleaning logbooks.
You will stock production and cleaning supplies.
You will complete assigned trainings within required timeline and participate in training activities.
You will perform inventory transactions in SAP.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED.
2 years relevant experience.
You will have knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP's) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
You must be team and detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
You will possess good written and oral communication skills.
You will have knowledge of non-manufacturing functions such as QC, Regulatory, QA, and/or Materials Management.
You will have basic equipment understanding, including understanding equipment function and application.
