TAKTL is a Pittsburgh-based designer and manufacturer of facade panels and architectural elements utilizing a proprietary Architectural Ultra High-Performance Concrete (A|UHPC®) formulation and automated production technology. Our products have been chosen for building envelopes in prestigious commercial and institutional projects worldwide and seen in publications such as Architectural Record and Architect Magazine. We currently have an opening for a Procurement Specialist to manage sourcing and procurement of raw materials, supplies, and equipment for our production, design, and research operations. Preferred candidates will have 5 years of relevant experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment and a genuine interest in materials and manufacturing technologies.

Responsibilities Include:

· Purchasing and shipping logistics for raw materials, supplies, hardware, machinery, and equipment

· Negotiation of pricing, payment terms, and inventory management arrangements with large volume suppliers

· Sourcing and research to identify new and alternate suppliers for supply chain risk mitigation

· Supply and raw material inventory control and tracking

· Reporting and projections for supply and raw material requirements

· Implementation of relevant improvement programs and procedures

Pay Range: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
