The Business Development Manager will develop and implement sales strategies that will target and grow programs and trainings. This is a customer facing role with a focus on building and maintaining relationships with customers, including agencies, institutions, schools, and organizations (AISO) as well as physicians.

The Business Development Manager will develop and implement sales strategies that will target and grow programs and trainings. This is a customer facing role with a focus on building and maintaining relationships with customers, including agencies, institutions, schools, and organizations (AISO) as well as physicians.
Responsibilities
- Support business development activities and help establish strong relationships with new and existing referral sources and outreach.
- Creating referrals for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) by building relationships with AISOS, physicians, key clinical stakeholders, and other community resources.
- Conduct market analysis develop sales strategies, goals, and plans. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration throughout the organization for program development.
- Support marketing needs and initiatives and works with third party vendors.
- Create executive level presentations and present presentations to key stakeholders
- Acts as backup to marketing support team, as needed.
- 5 years in a Business Development role or related capacity
- 1 years working in a healthcare setting in related capacity
- Ability to travel when needed: At least 25% travel required
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in business, marketing, sales or related.
- Computer skills including MS Office programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel PowerPoint; experience with Google Suite is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience with design software is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate (verbal/writing) effectively.
- Self-motivated and strong analytical / problem solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate at all levels of the organization and across other functional areas.
- Preferred knowledge of the healthcare industry
- Work with minimal supervision and execute for results in a fast paced environment.
- Experience building and supporting clinical programs.
- Proven sales experience

Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
