Responsibilities:
- Assist experienced Die Makers in the design, construction, and maintenance of stamping dies.
- Learn and apply techniques for creating, assembling, and troubleshooting stamping tools.
- Operate machinery and tools used in die making, such as grinders, lathes, and CNC equipment.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure that dies are produced to the highest quality standards.
- Gain hands-on experience in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
- Practice safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
- Background or interest in the stamping industry.
- Strong work history demonstrating reliability and dedication.
- Ability to work up to 60 hours per week on the first shift.
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Enthusiasm to learn and develop skills in die making.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
