Taldeco is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to come in and oversee about 10 techs. We are looking for someone who is Passionate and loves hands on work as well.
Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance team
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules
- Oversee the repair and maintenance of equipment, machinery, and systems
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance services
- Train and mentor maintenance staff on proper procedures and techniques
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $86,000.00 - $92,000.00 per year
