Responsibilities:
- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to fabricate high-precision tools and dies.
- Utilize advanced machining techniques and operate a range of cutting-edge equipment, including lathes, milling machines, grinders, and EDM equipment.
- Proficiently use CAD software to design, modify, and optimize die designs, while adhering to strict tolerance requirements.
- Conduct meticulous precision machining, grinding, and fitting operations to deliver flawless tooling components.
- Collaborate closely with our engineering and production teams to identify and resolve tooling-related challenges.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing tools and dies to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while strictly adhering to safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience of [X] years or more as a Tool and Die Maker in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Advanced knowledge of machining techniques, tooling materials, and precise measurement instruments.
- Proven expertise in CAD software for die design and modification.
- Strong operational skills with various machine tools, including lathes, milling machines, grinders, and EDM equipment.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

- Bonus: Prior experience in designing and fabricating large Class A or higher dies.
