What are the responsibilities and job description for the Graphic Designer position at Talent Acquisition?

Position Summary  The Graphic Designer is responsible for supporting the organization and its internal departments by creating graphics and marketing materials. You will be responsible for developing creative, innovative, and fresh designs that adhere to the organization’s brand guidelines and help drive our business forward. In addition, you will partner with our marketing team and other necessary personnel to develop necessary photo/video content included but not limited to company photos/videos, assistance with social content, etc. The perfect candidate must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment juggling multiple projects with tight deadlines.    Collaborates with the marketing team to design materials that fulfill defined project requirements. Accomplishes business objectives that supports USAuto mission and vision while adhering to the company’s brand and standards. Manages simultaneous projects while meeting deadlines to achieve goals and objectives. Develops concepts, graphics, and illustrations for collateral materials, digital, animated, and social graphics; print advertising, etc. Provides timely and thorough edits to design materials based upon client feedback. Collaborates on the graphic concept and manages the design of promotional pieces for internal stakeholders such as Sales, Operations, Human Resources, and other departments. Aids in photography for internal functions such as employee meetings, community activities, and luncheons. Responsible for producing video content included but not limited to company videos and social content. Performs other duties as assigned.     Qualifications   Required: Associate's degree in Graphic Design, or related field 2 - 5 years of graphic design experience and/or related experience 2 – 4 years of experience utilizing Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop). Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Computer literacy to include Data Entry, Microsoft Word, Excel, & Outlook Excellent Communication Skills (verbal and written) Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, or related field 3 - 5 years of graphic design and/or videography experience
