Position Overview
The Manager, Portfolio Analytics is responsible for conceptualizing and developing data-driven strategy by applying advanced analytical techniques to drive business decisions. A successful candidate will partner with other leaders throughout the organization including Risk Management, Underwriting, and Marketing to build strategies utilizing data and analytics to maximize opportunities and drive growth. The scope of analytical coverage for this role is broad, solving problems throughout US Auto’s vertically integrated business model.
Essential Duties
• Develops data driven strategies by partnering with leaders across the organization to drive business decisions.
• Identifies key performance and early risk indicators and metrics to enhance reporting.
• Creates and presents the monthly analysis, policy discussion topics and presentation materials discussed in Executive Committee meetings.
• Develops and provides regular reporting on business performance and ensures timely communication at senior level meetings.
• Drives the monthly, quarterly and annual deliverables while working with key stakeholders across all functions.
• Takes complete ownership of projects and initiatives, carefully manages business case, scope, schedule, risks, issues, decisions, inter-dependencies and interim milestones.
• Creates proof of concepts involving new technologies and proactively seeks out vendor and internal solutions.
• Performs other duties assigned.

Additional Notes
Department hours of operations are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
