Job Description
Title: SAP WM
Location: Sunnyvale CA Day 1 onsite
Type: Full Time Employment role
- SAP WM Configuration: You would have a deep understanding of the SAP WM module and its configuration settings, including storage types, storage bins, picking strategies, stock movements, and integration with other SAP modules such as Material Management (MM) and Sales and Distribution (SD).
- Warehouse Processes: You would be well-versed in warehouse processes, including inbound and outbound logistics, goods receipt, put away strategies, stock transfers, stock replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, and returns management.
- Act as point of contact to analyze and fix application and system issues, ensuring SAP services are available and reliable to meet business expectation.
- Manages incidents reported by user and follow-up promptly.
- Working closely with different teams (eg: basis, abap ) to ensure issues and requests are addressed timely.
- Prepare functional specification and carry out necessary review with business and BSA team.
- Carry out Unit Test, System Integration Test, and its related documentation.
- Participate in deployment to production and post deployment support. Update system documentation and training documents/user manual
- Strong in business processes & technical skills (configuration and functional design)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills: ability to work well on cross functional project teams and foster team commitment to tasks.
