As an MS Dynamics CRM Developer/Administrator, you will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. This role requires expertise in configuring CRM applications, developing workflows, plugins, custom workflows, and integrating Dynamics CRM with other applications using Power Platform and Azure services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and customize MS Dynamics CRM solutions based on business requirements.
- Implement and maintain field security roles and profiles within Dynamics CRM.
- Develop plugins, workflows, and custom integrations with other systems using Azure services.
- Customize Power Apps portals and integrate them with Dynamics CRM.
- Perform system configuration, deployment, and administration tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics CRM applications.
- Stay updated with the latest Dynamics CRM features and functionalities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an MS Dynamics CRM Developer/Administrator.
- Strong knowledge of CRM architecture, field security, and customization.
- Hands-on experience with developing plugins, workflows, and custom integrations using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Azure.
- Experience in configuring and customizing Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Familiarity with Azure services such as Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure SQL Database.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and other IT teams.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to document technical designs and solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications (e.g., MB-200, MB-400) are a plus.
- Experience with Dynamics CRM Online and on-premises deployments.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Virtual Agents for chatbot development.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Salary : $110,000 - $120,000
