Job Description
Purpose Of Project:
- Fusion 2.0 - Tech implementation. Americas are implementing a process change to insurance workbench to incorporate new technology—technology workflow.
- They have a whole agile team that is responsible for the creation and delivery, so the hired resources would focus solely on support communication and change implementation.
Project Specifications:
- UW Workbench is one building block of the client-centric digitalization of insurance processes, with the purpose of orchestrating and integrating insurance- and underwriting-specific functionalities, thereby empowering its users to perform their tasks more efficiently and effectively.
- For underwriting, the Workbench will be the system of interaction across submission and policy, and the system of record for submission.
Required Experience:
- Resource must possess a strong background in Project Management/Change Management (Non-IT, 3-6 years’ experience).
- Resources do not necessarily need prior experience in the insurance field. Need to have strong capability and proven skills in creating plans; communication; PowerPoint; reporting; presentation; liaising with and effectively showcasing progress, data, and plans to senior stakeholders.
Other Skills:
- Need the ability and comfort level to prepare senior leadership presentation materials and discuss.
