Job Description
We are looking for an experienced People & Culture Coordinator to join our small but mighty team. Our ultimate goal is to support the business by creating an amazing employee experience where people can grow, feel valued, be themselves and do their best work every day. We do this by creating best in class people initiatives around learning and development, performance enablement, culture, engagement, and the occasional party or conference with a serious wow factor.
No day looks the same at Talent, you will have the opportunity to be part of many of our exciting people initiatives. Of course, this will be balanced with managing P&C must haves.

- Respond to first level queries and correspondence
- Manage the onboarding & offboarding workflow
- Generate HR letters and documents such as new employment agreements, employment change letters, successful probationary period letters
- Set up probation reviews through our performance enablement platform
- Maintain employee data and documentation through our HRIS system
- Manage content and communications through our company intranet
- Coordinate visa applications
- Responsible for reporting and analytics
- Provide general administration support to the P&C team associated with all generalist human resource functions including but not limited to; Talent Acquisition, L&D, WHS, and adhoc P&C projects
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of systems and processes

Qualifications
Bachelor of Human Resources.
Experience in administration.
Strong attention to detail and processed driven.
Exceptional organisation skills and a positive can-do attitude.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
