Job Type: CTH 6 Month
Location: Remote ( Higher preference to Denver or San Antonio/ Austin area )
Job Responsibilities:
Conversational AI differs from IVR in that IVR typically asks a predetermined set of questions or can only comprehend a limited range of customer requests/statements. Conversational AI, on the other hand, possesses the capability to understand spoken language and can train models for multi-intent recognition.
70% Design vs 30% code reviews/ mentoring (not coding the actual product but overseeing it to ensure proper delivery)
Healthcare is a trending industry and one of the fastest growing segments.
Patient identification, billing, prescription refills, etc.
MUST HAVE skillsets:
Must have experience architecting chat bot platforms/ applications that include AI models for contact center applications
Must have experience leading design sessions with business stakeholders who aren't technical
Prefer this person have a background architecting applications/ systems that are written in Java & spring boot with AWS & Linux on the backend
Would be great if they have experience also working with Apache Camel for event/ rule-based architecture (but not a must)
Pre sales experience: (Guide customers, including internal stakeholders, through digital transformation journeys, facilitating non-technical discussions)
Nice to Have Skillsets:
