Role Overview:
As a Graphic Designer and Desktop Publishing Specialist, you will be a valued member of our Product Communications department, led by our dedicated team. Your primary responsibility will be to support various design and desktop publishing tasks to ensure consistent and impactful communication with our clients and internal stakeholders. This role involves working closely with our team to update marketing materials, create eye-catching presentations and flyers, format templates, and enhance digital accessibility. Additionally, you'll be involved in personalizing direct mail letters, incorporating variable data input, and executing production audits to uphold quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with our Product Communications department to develop visually appealing marketing materials, presentations, and flyers.
Utilize your desktop publishing expertise to format templates and ensure materials are in line with accessibility guidelines (WCAG 2).
Bring your direct mail and lettershop experience to set up personalized direct mail letters, ensuring accurate data flow from corresponding data files into complex letter variations.
Translate Word documents into HTML and OFT email templates, enhancing our digital communication efforts.
Contribute to production audits to maintain the highest quality standards in our communication materials.
Assist in building accessibility into digital files, ensuring an inclusive experience for all recipients.
