Title : Patient Service Rep

Duration : 12 Weeks
Shift : 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM
Front desk : check in, check out, scheduling appointments, assisting patients with questions and routing messages to providers, relaying messages to patients from providers (administrative), scanning, opening mail, mailing out letters / orders to patients, faxing, filing, and other duties as assigned.
Practice overview - Busy Practice with 5 Providers. Modern, efficient workflows. High patient satisfaction rating.
INTERVIEWS will be set up via MS Teams
Onboarding includes 4 day, 8 hours per day online training at Practice location.
Position could go perm based on practice needs and performance.
