The role is 5 days onsite first 6-8 Weeks for training and then will move to a hybrid model which will be around 2 to 3 days onsite.

Job Summary
This position is for an established and productive professional individual contributor in Insurance Operations, who works independently with minimal supervision. This individual is responsible for the execution of operational, prospect and client service cycle activities within a zone. Collaborates frequently with offices, zone and corporate leadership to meet responsibilities such as reporting and data management, process improvement design and implementation and contract review. Liaison with and act as point of escalation for broking / front office teams regarding operations processing and service exceptions. Role will demonstrate increased technical proficiency (with the ability to answer transactional questions), leadership skills, peer level coaching, issue resolution, and work delegation.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
