Summary Description:
Position requires performing office duties including, but not limited to - Audit all contracts, verifying terms, financial information, ensure data entry accuracy and compliance with Contract Standards. This position will also be responsible for sending letters and documents to owners and following up with sales sites to resolve all property owners document issues. They will handle multiple priorities and assignments to meet department service levels and support WVO strategic objectives. They will need to stay current with corporate and departmental policies using appropriate discretion with confidential information and communication. They will be assigned ad-hoc projects and assignments as required by management.
Responsibilites
Audit documents for accuracy and WVO compliance and legal guidelines
Communicate defects to if any problems arise during contract audit
Review account information and update in appropriate systems
Maintain high level of quality standards, monitored through audit process
Communicate to leadership team potential quality concerns
Complete adhoc projects as assigned
Complete other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent degree. Some college preferred.
Knowledge and skills
Time management, problem solving, decision-making and ability to support changing priorities
Able to meet deadlines and maintain poise under pressure
Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
Team player with a positive, professional attitude
Ability to interact with all levels of management
Good written and verbal communication skills
Analytical mindset
Financial experience
Ability to work in a fast paced environment while handling multiple responsibilities
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of Excel
Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, Adobe and Web based programs
