Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition:
- Lead and manage the recruitment and hiring process for all open positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop talent acquisition strategies.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates.
- Make hiring recommendations and extend offers.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Employee Relations:
- Maintain positive employee relations by fostering open communication, addressing concerns, and resolving conflicts.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
- Oversee disciplinary actions and terminations according to company policy.
- Conducts exit interview to identify reasons for employee termination.
- Benefits Administration:
- Manage all aspects of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
- Stay informed of legislative changes and communicate updates to employees.
- Participate in negotiations with vendors to secure the best benefits packages for the company.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs for employees and develop training programs.
- Manage the training budget and track training effectiveness.
- Partner with external vendors to deliver specialized training programs.
- Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Conduct investigations into claims of discrimination or harassment.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Responsible for calculating and processing bi-weekly payroll.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage the budget for personnel operations.
- Analyzes and modifies compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Stay up to date on HR trends and best practices.
- Provide advice and counsel to management on HR-related issues.

Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an HR management role.
