We are looking for a senior level Cell Phone Repair/Computer Technician to join our growing team. The job is in a low stress environment where we will provide all the necessary tools and equipment for repairs. We are looking for a serious candidate who is willing to work full time and ready to take responsibilities.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair cellphones/computers
- Provide repair and replacement estimates to customers
- Manage repair inventory involving new parts, recording inventory volumes and tracking parts
- Experience working in a retail environment with customer devices
- Replace core components (LCD, housings, cameras, Board swaps)
- Utilize the point of sale system to maintain an accurate record of customer information and the real-time status of each repair
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
