Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Overview:
As a Sales Developer with Symmetry Realty Brokerage, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling properties within the esteemed Talking Rock Ranch community. Your responsibilities will include engaging with sales prospects, following up and communicating with leads, provide community and club tours, contribute to annual community sales goals, and sharing with prospects the lifestyle of the private club.

Duties:
Engage in sales and marketing activities within Talking Rock Ranch.

- Meet or exceed individual sales targets on a consistent basis.

- Attend weekly sales meetings as scheduled.

- Uphold professionalism and integrity in all interactions.

- Provide regular updates and feedback to management.

- Maintain accurate sales records using CRM software.

- Hold an active Arizona Salesperson Real Estate License.

- Respond promptly to communication from clients and colleagues.

- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in contract preparation.

- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of community documents and regulations.

- Foster positive relationships with co-broker realtors.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred.

- Minimum 2 years of real estate sales experience.

- Active Arizona Salesperson Real Estate License.

- Strong communication and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.

- Valid Arizona driver's license.

Pay: $49,809.10 - $80,000.00 per year
