We are looking for a reliable Office Account Manager. This is a Remote/work from home position and would require a dedicated workspace with high speed internet and dual screens. They will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring all phone calls are answered. The tasks of the office administrator will include scheduling, dispatching, invoicing, and billing, and managing the overall Job flows.
The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy. The office administrator ensures smooth running of our company’s offices, and technicians as well as contributes in driving sustainable growth. Also, writes well and is well spoken.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Answers all phone calls to ensure performance.
- Manage scheduling/schedule arrangements/dispatch appointments etc. for all technicians.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, scheduling, dispatching, etc.)
- Support all administrative procedures.
- Create and update invoices and billing.
- Submit timely invoices and prepare billing.
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Skills
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Familiarity with office procedures and basic accounting principles
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
- Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
- High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred
