We are currently seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be completing work orders, make ready apartments and other required tasks. Must be HVAC/EPA Certified and have a valid Driver's License.
Responsibilities:
- Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
- Estimate time and extent of repairs
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
- Maintain material and supply inventory
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in apartment maintenance required
- Must be HVAC certified
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Must have reliable transportation
- Have experience with chillers
Benefits:
Associates who are regularly scheduled for and work 30 hours or more per week are eligible for company-sponsored benefits the 1st day of the month, following completion of 30 continuous days of employment.
