What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Labor position at TAMPA CONTAINER TRANSPORT?
General Laborer/ NO experience necessary(experienced always is welcome and paid accordingly) we are willing to train for Mechanic helper/Assembly/Yard Checker/Forklift operator and other duties. Gain experience while working.
- No experience necessary but very helpful, will train the right person. English/Spanish speaking welcome.
- Drug free environment. Pre Employment drug test and random drug tests required.
- Maintain trucks and trailers for trucking company. This position requires to follow directions and common sense. .
- Paint trailer frames
- repair lights on trailers
- change tires and repair tires
- maintain parking lot
- load/unload trailers
- assemble yard ramps etc.
- (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm) Saturday is optional
- MUST have own reliable transportation and work every day
- Salary is $15.00-$20.00 per billable hour to start. (depending on skills) -Paid weekly with one week holdback. 1099MISC Position, we do not take taxes out.
- MUST have OR WILLING TO START own company upon acceptance.
- Raise every 6 months depending on performance
- No Drama. We ONLY need reliable responsible people.
- Background check and random drug tests are performed.
