Job Description **Job Overview:** The Parker will be responsible for directing cars on where to park in and around Raymond James Stadium and to provide a superior experience to the tenants and guests of Raymond James Stadium. In addition, the Parker shall follow the Authority operational policies and procedures designed to promote efficiency of operation, quality of service and a safe work environment. **Ideal Candidate** Prior experience working venues at facilities such as Raymond James Stadium Experience dealing with the public and good customer service skills. Prior experience with parking attending and providing an organized environment to ensure safety. **Job Specifications:** Directs vehicles to parking spaces in parking lots in and around Raymond James Stadium during events. Provides excellent customer service by interacting with the general public in a friendly, courteous, cooperative and professional manner. Perform other related duties as required **Duties and Responsibilities:** Knowledge in all Event operational rules, procedures, and programs. Ability to interact with a diverse group of fellow employees and the general public. Ability to communicate orally and in writing, in the English language. Ability to work irregular schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays **Physical Requirements:** Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time. Ability to work in a non-air- conditioned environment **Work Category:** Light work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. If the use of arm and/or leg control requires exertion of forces greater than that of sedentary work and if the worker sits most of the time, the job is considered light work. **Minimum Qualifications:** Completion of ninth grade or High School Diploma/GED from an accredited school. Good communication skills orally and in writing, in the English Language.
