A DAY IN THE LIFE:
Provides general support to ensure quality training activities are deployed, completed and in compliance with Tandem’s Quality Management System (QMS). Maintains electronic Learning Management System (LMS) and training records.
- Assists with setting up new employees in LMS and updates employee training assignments as needed.
- Processes and files training records electronically.
- Processes training activities in LMS related to the Electronic Documentation Management System (EDMS), such as creating training modules, courses and assignments as required.
- Creates and revises LMS courses and modules to reflect content updates, related to EDMS or Ad-Hoc.
- Maintains and verifies that all elements within the electronic training management system are adequately populated, assigned and meeting requirements to ensure proper deployment of training..
- Create scheduled training reports for new users with direct reports
- Processes HR Status changes
- Monitor inbox and respond to training related inquires to ensure compliance to training requirements.
- Creates and provides training compliance reports for various company needs including internal/external audits and meetings as required.
- Prepares training reports in support of internal/external audits
- May be required to present data to management and internal/external auditors.
- Continuously seeks to improve systems, evaluates processes and methods and recommends best practices.
- Ensures work is performed in compliance with company policies including Privacy/HIPAA and other regulatory, legal, and safety requirements.
- Completes other duties as assigned by management.
YOU’RE AWESOME AT:
Knowledge, skills & abilities:
- Knowledge of ISO, FDA, Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and cGMP concepts and guidelines.
- Knowledge of electronic training management systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Must be an Intermediate/Advanced user in Excel. Ability to use pivot tables desirable.
- High attention to detail.
- Able to effectively share information related to work product in verbal and written form.
- Able to review, trend, analyze and report data using quality databases and/or Excel.
- Able to present, train and instruct individuals with diverse backgrounds in both intimate and large group settings.
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills required to relate effectively with fellow employees and departments managers.
- Demonstrated ability to schedule and coordinate project priorities and resources and to produce high quality work.
- Able to react to changing situations in a timely, calm, and confident manner; able to work in dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work accurately and with initiative and handle multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
Minimum certifications/educational level:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and applicable job experience.
Minimum experience:
- 2 years of experience in regulated industry, training, or quality administrative.

COMPENSATION:
The starting base pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00 per hour. Base pay will vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and may also fluctuate depending on candidate’s location and the overall job market.
**This is a temporary position. As a temporary employee you will be employed through a staff agency partner. Benefits during your temporary assignment may be provided by the staffing agency. Access to Tandem sponsored benefits is contingent upon conversion from temporary to regular full-time status. Conversion is determined based upon business need and job performance.
