You'll join our Professional Services sales team as an Account Executive. A day in the life:


  • Develop your own line of business within the Professional Services industry by fostering new client relationships and maintaining customer accounts.
  • Target new business opportunities by pipelining and prospecting daily.
  • Attend client visits to develop a comprehensive understanding of a company's culture to ensure the most qualified candidates for their jobs.
  • Intake job order details from clients to learn about their preferences and qualifications and inform them of their responsibilities.
  • Draft detailed job descriptions in the database with attention to proper grammar, search optimization, and job marketing.
  • Communicate in real-time new job openings and closings, credentialing requirements, and status of submittals to the staffing team.
  • Follow up on resume submissions to determine the status of the candidate moving forward in the interview process.
  • Operate as a market consultant for clients and provide updated findings and observations throughout the recruitment process.
  • Respond promptly to resolve credentialing matters, staffing emergencies, and client/candidate concerns as needed.

About you:


  • At least 2 years of staffing sales experience required
  • Personable and enthusiastic with an aptitude for building relationships
  • Strategic thinker, ability to execute and produce results against tight deadlines
  • Strong motivation for personal growth and success
  • Ambitious with a record of determination, effort, and achievement
  • Bachelor's Degree Required

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry and are one part of a total compensation package that also includes benefits and other opportunities at Tandym. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal pay parity relative to other Tandym employees. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at Tandym to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors.
