Responsibilities:
The Desktop Support Specialist will be responsible for sitting with users to make sure their existing laptop files are migrated to OneDrive and providing training on new equipment's apps, features and functionality.

Qualifications:
- 2 years of Desktop Support experience
- Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree
- Experience with providing Laptop services, including setup, troubleshooting, etc.
- Experience supporting end-users with training, troubleshooting and general IT support requests
- Familiarity with Microsoft applications, including OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams
- Solid problem solving and time management skills
- Customer service oriented
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
