Day in the life:
- Actively working within different production cells in a team environment
- Our leads are involved with day-to-day production operations, including monitoring the inventory flow and performance levels
- Assist team members by providing demonstrated leadership, mentorship, and continuous improvement
- Report any deficiencies, breakdowns, conflicts, or health and safety concerns in a timely manner
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, lifting and moving 20-40 lbs. repetitively throughout a shift
