Job Description
Tantus Technologies, Inc. (Tantus) - recognized by the Washington Post as a Top Workplace - is seeking an Oracle ERP SME. You will serve as a ERP SME/Advisor to our federal client on Oracle Federal Financial system integration projects. You will be responsible for providing project management oversight, Oracle Federal Financial expertise to review and validate project related artifacts (project plan, requirements, design, develop, testing, Training, etc.) on behalf of the client and provide unbiased feedback and recommendations.
*Hybrid role: 1-2 days on site in Washington, DC. *
What You'll Do
- Attend contractors meetings, working session and demos related to OFF projects representing the client and maintaining clients or programs interests
- Review and provide feedback and recommendations to SI contractor on submitted project artifacts
- Provide Oracle Federal Financial expertise in the SDLC phases
- Provide independent feedback and reporting to the client on the status of the project
- Develop documents and presentations for the client to communicate about the projects status to stakeholders
- Conduct working session with policy/business team members for business process changes and related decision
- Identify risk and issues and work with the contractor and client to mitigate risks and resolve issues
- Support PM activities such as follow through on action items, review backlog etc.
Must Haves
- Over 10 years of Oracle ERP Financial experience in implementation & O&M experience working as a techno/functional consultant
- 5 years of experience as Oracle Federal Financial techno/functional consultant
- Experience in leading at least 1 Oracle Federal Financial project
- Experience in developing and reviewing Oracle Federal Financial project artifacts (project plan, requirements, design, develop, testing, training, implementation docs)
- Experience and knowledge working in Oracle Federal Financial business process area i.e. Procure -to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Budget-to-Report, & Project
- Experience in reporting project status, risk and issues to senior management and executives
Abilities
- Strong communicator with strong interpersonal skills

- Oracle Financial certification
- PMP certification or training
- Knowledge of federal financial policies
