What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Collector - property assessment position at TAPCo?
Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Collector to join our team. The Data Collector will be responsible for site inspections, measuring houses/buildings, and identifying general updates to the property records. This position is NOT a sales position
Duties:
- driving personal car (expenses reimbursed) to properties to update property records
- organize notes on the property record cards based on the site inspection
- take a digital pictures of each property
Requirements/Experience:
- Basic math skills
- This is an entry level position with paid training
- Dependable transportation
- Valid drivers license
- Car insurance
- Knowledge of construction and/or real estate is very helpful but not required
Pay will depend on level of prior experience, if any, pay will increase as you become proficient in the job (merit based). Once training is complete, this job can easily become a career with capability of increased pay with additional responsibility and bonuses.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.50 - $18.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- No nights
- No weekends
