What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hospice Aide position at Tapestry Hospice?
Tapestry Hospice is looking for an experienced Hospice CNA. The ideal candidate would live in one of the counties we serve (Fannin, Gilmer, Pickens, or Union). Candidates must have a current CNA certification for the state of Georgia and reliable transportation.
Requirements:
- Current CNA Certification for the State of Georgia.
- A self-driven individual with a desire to deliver excellent customer service.
- Computer skills (EMR, email, and familiarity with health care applications).
