Account Manager
Job Descriptions
- Manage relationships to hit target revenue and margin economics while ensuring high publisher satisfaction with our services
- Daily account management and support to ensure publisher happiness with products, monetization, distribution, service levels, etc. Strive to exceed client expectations and objectives
- Maximize revenue growth within existing accounts
- Contribute strategically to the growth and direction of Tapjoy’s products, strategies and services
- Represent Tapjoy at industry events and conferences
- Accurately forecast account growth; achieve and exceed revenue objectives for accounts
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, companies, and opportunities
- Execute in a fast-paced, team environment
- Ad hoc projects depending on needs of the HQ

Requirements
- 2-3 years of development relations experience at a venture-funded start-up, social media, gaming or mobile internet services company
- An undergraduate degree in Marketing, Sales or Advertising
- Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented and highly organized
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese, other Asian languages such as Korean and Japanese an advantage
- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees and management
- A mature, self-motivated person with a positive, professional attitude
- High capacity to operate effectively in turbulent startup environment
- Progressive, consistent work history and excellent references
