What are the responsibilities and job description for the Procurement Administrator position at Targa Resources Careers?
JOB FUNCTIONS AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Works with assigned Project Managers to provide timely assistance with projects
- Will perform trouble shooting tasks and necessary reporting functions
- Place orders <$100k, and send orders > $100k to procurement in Oracle Financial Cloud (OFC)
- Responsible to the full end-to-end P2P process
- Validate metadata in the OFC Hub
- Verify backup for all T&M invoices and ensure receipt for 3-way matches, route to OFC
- View on hold report daily and provide detailed resolution for on hold invoices
- Enter MTR’s (Material Test Report)
- Close out open PO’s and project AFE’s
- Run project reports
- Drive after the fact PO’s to 0%
- Work on special projects and/or tasks as assigned.
- Order lunches & assist in meetings as needed
MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to prioritize work schedule and function with minimum supervision
- Must be able to work constructively and professionally in an office environment
- Willingness/ability to be accountable for individual job duties assigned
- Must have High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication/interpersonal skills with high degree of professionalism
- Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license
- Must be proficient in MS office, Excel, Word and applicable computer software
- Have good problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of accounting principles
- Capable of documenting processes used to complete routine tasks
- Ability to work in a plant environment
- Follow and adhere to all applicable PPE guidelines
- Regular and reliable attendance
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5 year experience in the industry or knowledge
- Good computer skills
- Proficient in applicable computer software
