What are the responsibilities and job description for the Investment Graduate Programme position at targetjobs Hired?
The Role
You can be part of a leading, client-committed, global Asset Manager, making an impact on individuals, communities, and the world.
Today, markets still face a whole new set of pressures - but also a whole lot of opportunity too. Opportunity to innovate differently.
Opportunity to invest responsibly. And opportunity to make change. This is needed more than ever as we currently experience high interest rates, a once-in-a-lifetime health crisis, a shift in global demographics - and politics - as well as advances in digitalization and economies moving towards a more sustainable future. While there is always uncertainty in markets, one thing remains clear: there is always a new situation that requires the right investment answers.
Our 2 year program consists of a technical training period and is followed by four six-month rotations within your assigned division, where you will have the opportunity to implement your technical training in a practical setting with expert guidance.
You Will
You'll immerse yourself in a dynamic environment, rapidly understanding the complexities of capital markets and global economic dynamics. This includes a comprehensive exploration of investment management always having the core objective of Asset Management in mind: strategically investing client capital to generate income, while balancing risk and opportunity in their investment portfolios.
With our key hubs strategically positioned across EMEA, the US, and APAC, we comprehensively cover all major asset classes including Active (e.g., Equity, Fixed Income & Cash, Multi Asset), Passive (Xtracker-business) as well as Alternatives Investment Strategies (e.g., Real Estate, Liquid Real Estate, Infrastructure).
