The QC Lead will also apply proven analytical and testing methods to validate the quality of the manufacturing process.

Job responsibilities:
- Lead and empower a team of Quality Control Inspectors.
- Conduct routine and nonroutine inspections of products and processes.
- Oversee Inspector's work and ensure inspections are conducted thoroughly.
- Analyze data to identify quality trends and implement preventative measures.
- Collaborate effectively across departments to ensure seamless quality integration
- Develop, implement, and refine comprehensive Quality Control procedures.
- Participate in out-of-specification and failure investigations and recommend corrective actions.
- Conduct visual inspections including, but not limited to raw materials, finished and unfinished products.
- Identify root cause(s) of quality problems and implement solutions.
- Responsible for the cleanliness and organization (5S) of the Quality Areas.
- Facilitate all internal test request accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist in training and mentoring employees on all testing and inspecting procedures/processes.
- Assist Quality Supervisor/Quality Director with routine and nonroutine projects/tasks.
- Assist Marketing/Product Development with any outside testing needed.
- Conduct sieve and density testing as requested.
- Ensure Quality Pillar functions of WCM are implemented.
