Title: Chargeback Supervisor

This position is based out of our Hawthorne, New York office in the picturesque Hudson Valley located in Westchester County. This role is responsible for overseeing the day to day workflow in chargebacks; reviewing, analyzing, and processing chargebacks received from wholesalers/distributors daily. Ensure that chargebacks are processed timely based on contractual obligations. The other tasks for this role are below:

Duties and responsibilities

• Review EDI 844 error reports daily.
• Analyze various errors generated for specific chargebacks.
• Work with wholesalers/distributors to resolve chargeback issues.
• Work with Pricing and Contracts to ensure data is accurate.
• Work with wholesalers/distributors to ensure that their system is updated.
• Reconcile chargebacks after research and resolution of issues.
• Send reconciliation reports and credit memos to non-EDI 849 customers.
• Review, research, and collect deductions due to chargeback issues.
• Answer all chargeback related questions from team members.
• Train new employees
• Assist in contract administration when needed including setting up new contracts, loading pricing and entering rebates when necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2 years administrative experience in pricing and/or contract management preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment with the incentive to complete projects within given timeframes.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Access.
• Excellent organizational and verbal/written communication skills.
